Welcome! We are a Support Coordination Agency working with NJ DDD to provide adults with developmental disabilities guidance and support to find the right services to meet their needs.

Our experience goes back to 2012 when DDD first introduced the current Support Coordination model.

Team

Our Support Coordinators have extensive experience working with adults with developmental disabilities. Their background includes experience working in group homes, at service provider agencies, job coaching, & social services. This gives them the unique insight to assist others in accessing what services work best for them. They welcome the opportunity to work with those who want to direct their own services & those who live independently in the community. Our world is made up of people with unique needs & interests. We always try to make sure that everyone we serve is provided with as many choices as possible and recognize that it is important to be creative when seeking support services. We want to assist you in navigating a very complex system.
